Sydney Robinson, founder of Sydology 101 and Front Office Academy’s Executive Director of Operations, has over 15 years of experience in dental practice management and operations. As a former office manager, she has dedicated the past 6 years to transforming dental practices into a thriving, system-driven practice. With hands-on experience working within dental practices and with some of today’s leading thought leaders, Sydney brings a practical edge. From developing systems and operating procedures to optimizing revenue, she has the expertise to help office managers and practice leaders develop effective systems, build a healthy office culture, and reduce office expenses.

Brittany Rogars, FOA Team Coach and the founder and CEO of SKF Practice Solutions is a seasoned professional in the dental industry. Her mission is clear—to alleviate team burnout in dental offices across the country through comprehensive training and tailored systems. With core values like knowledge, integrity, efficiency, accuracy, and gratitude at the forefront, Brittany’s leadership and dedication have made SKF Practice Solutions a trusted partner for dental professionals nationwide. Rebecca Herring is a seasoned dental coach with over 25 years of experience in the field, which started from helping her Dad, who was a dentist, on humanitarian dental trips helping orphans in Guadalajara. She is passionate about empowering dental teams and individuals to achieve their full potential while ensuring they are in the right seats and doing the job they enjoy doing most, so they can empower the practice with their passions for dentistry. Rebecca understands that a strong team is the backbone of a successful practice. She works with clients to elevate their teams’ unique strengths and abilities.
