Fees: Our fees for consulting services are based on the scope of work and the estimated time required to complete the project. We will provide a detailed breakdown of our fees in our proposal. Our fees are due in full upon completion of each milestone and are non-refundable.

Confidentiality: Our consulting company is committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the course of our consulting services will be the property of the client. We will not claim any ownership or rights to any intellectual property created during our work for the client.

Liability: Our consulting company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any third-party services recommended by us. We will not be responsible for any delays or damages caused by factors outside our control.

Termination: Either party may terminate the consulting contract with written notice. In the event of termination, our consulting company will invoice for any work completed up to the point of termination.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by our consulting company. The most recent version of these terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our consulting company is located.

By engaging our consulting company’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

We also encourage our clients to communicate openly with us about their needs, concerns, and feedback.

Shared Goals: We work with our clients to establish shared goals and expectations for the project. We believe that when our clients are aligned with our goals, it is easier to hold them accountable for their responsibilities and to ensure that the project is on track.

Timely Feedback: We encourage our clients to provide feedback promptly. We believe that when our clients provide timely feedback, it helps us make necessary adjustments to the project and ensures that we meet their expectations.

Refund Policy

At Sydology, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and exceptional event experiences. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining refunds for our services and events.

Consulting Services:

To be eligible for a refund on consulting services, you must submit a written request within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.

How to request to a refund of services:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sydology101@gmail.com. Please provide the following details in your refund request:

– Your full name

– Date of purchase

– Description of the consulting services

– Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing:

Refunds for consulting services will be processed within 30 days of receiving your written request.

Refunds for Events:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund for an event organized by Sydology you must submit a written request within 7 days from the date of the event.

Request Process:

All refund requests for events must be submitted in writing to Sydology101@gmail.com. Please provide the following details in your refund request:

– Your full name

– Date of the event

– Description of the event

– Reason for the refund request

Refund Amount:

The refund amount for events will be determined based on the following:

– If the request is made within 7 days of the event date, a full refund will be issued.

– If the request is made after 7 days from the event date, no refund will be issued.
