These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a Front Office Academy Coaching client. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Services Provided: Our consulting company provides consulting services to clients to assist with leadership and team training within the agreed time frame, budget, and scope of work. We aim to provide our clients with the highest level of service possible and will strive to meet and exceed their expectations.
Fees: We are entirely transparent regarding pricing and service fees. Each client can choose a coaching package that fits their practice needs. Payment is due at the time of signing and is non-refundable. Clients are set on auto payments and can update billing through their client portal. New Clients have a 30-day cancellation period and can cancel services within 30 days of the contract. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sydology101@gmail.com.
Confidentiality: Our consulting company is committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients' information. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.
Liability: Our consulting company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any third-party services recommended by us. We will not be responsible for any delays or damages caused by factors outside our control.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with a 30 day written notice. In the event of termination, our company will invoice for any work completed up to the point of termination.
Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by our company. The most recent version of these terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.

At Front Office Academy Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and exceptional event experiences. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining refunds for our services and events.
Consulting Services:
To be eligible for a refund on consulting services, you must submit a written request within 30 days from your initial purchase date.How to request to a refund of services:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sydology101@gmail.com. Please provide the following details in your refund request:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Description of the consulting services
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Processing:
Refunds for consulting services will be processed within 30 days of receiving your written request.
Refunds for Events:
To be eligible for a refund for an event organized by Sydology you must submit a written request within 7 days from the event date.
